By the way @Kalshi is such an unserious company it violates its own notices and deadlines lol.

On August 7th they gave us a 30 day notice and today they leaked/ announced once again their frivolous nonsense.

Leaking and attention seeking seem to be the M/O of this…

Kalshi enforced penalties under multiple exchange rules designed to mirror federal market regulations. These include prohibitions on trading when a participant can influence the outcome of an event, trading on material non-public information and engaging in manipulative or fraudulent practices.

The sanctions, effective from 28 August 2026 , bar Santos from any direct or indirect trading access on Kalshi.

The good news is that the only way lockdowns can continue is if they can be funded through more debt. And that is about to end. What happens then, is a different world. A new world.

Hopefully it will be a better one. It’s up to each and every one of us to make it better, once all this mess is cleared out for good, along with all the considerable collateral damage.

The regulator noted that several operators received “additional points for attention”, indicating that while these applicants met minimum legal thresholds, the KSA expected continuous improvements in compliance practices.

In June, one of the operators, TOTO online BV, was reported for violating the ban on featuring role models in advertising materials.

This was not the first time TOTO has been in trouble with KSA. The platform was fined in 2022 for a similar endeavour – gambling advertisements that were seemingly aimed at young people.
